Muir “Built to Last” Promise

As part of our Built to Last Promise, from Aug 1st we are strengthening warranty coverage across the recreational windlass range.

We’ve increased the standard topworks warranty on every Muir recreational windlass giving boat owners, dealers, and installers greater confidence from the moment of installation. For customers upgrading to the soon to be released SS316 INOX PRO motors and gearboxes, motor warranty coverage will increase increased to 3 years and gearboxes to 5 years.

It’s part of our ongoing commitment to crafting anchoring equipment that’s Built to Last.

We build every Muir Anchoring System in Hobart, Tasmania, to outlast the boat it is fitted to, and back it with an industry-leading five (5) year limited warranty on our Australian-made products.

We believe you will be fully satisfied by the service you receive from your authorised Muir dealer and our industry-leading warranty policy. However, because we appreciate that not all circumstances are the same, and our aim is your complete and lasting satisfaction with our Australian-made Anchoring Systems, Muir will consider, at its sole discretion, all cases where you believe your product has not performed as expected even if it is out of warranty. If we believe our product could have been better, we want to put it right.
